Heat the pan
add olive oil
add crushed garlic - cook through
add 1 chicken breast, (first pound flat with a tenderizing mallet and season with Herbs de Provence)
cook (Herbs side down) for 3 minutes - during that 3 minutes, season top side with Herbs de Provence
turn and cook for another 3 minutes
add some white wine (optional) and cook until liquid evaporates. That's it!
Serve.
(Good with pasta, with olive oil and romano)
